55 minutes of Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps then 16 minutes of Ab Ripper X. I pushed as hard as I could and by the end I was sobbing! I don't know if I'll be able to hold a pencil tomorrow, but tonight I did my best. That's all . . . Goodnight.
Why am I sharing? I'm a bit selfish, I am a little over a year into this diet and exercise thing and I need something new to motivate me. The thought occured to me that when I have to be accountable for my actions, I tend to accomplish more in a shorter amount of time. Maybe being accountable to more people will have even a bigger effect.(Bigger is not my over all goal, smaller is, but you get what I'm trying to say.) (This next part is not a sidenote, actually very important) I am also Happily Married to a Wonderful Man and am a Proud Mommy to Six Beautiful Kids. They were totally worth getting Fat for. Smiles
